船用空氣瓶使用說明書
INSTRUCTION FOR MARINE VESSEL
1、 適用范圍(Application)
船用空氣瓶適用於貯存壓縮空氣，供艦船主、輔機起動，以及供鳴放氣笛之用，也可用於作為氣動設備的氣源。
This vessel is suitable for storage of compress-air and can be service as starting marine Main Engine and Aux. Engine, driving horn, and power source for other pneumatic equipments.
2、 主要結構及用途(Construction and fittings)
2.1 每個空氣瓶均設有進氣閥、壓力表閥、出氣閥、排污閥、易熔塞或安全閥。
The vessel is fitted with air inlet valve, outlet valve, pressure meter connection valve, discharge valve and safety valve or fusel plug.
2.2 對於A型空氣瓶，所有的閥門均設在上部閥頭體上，並可獨立操作。頂部閥盤為出氣閥。
All the valves for type A vessel are fitted on the top valve body and they are controlled independently. The biggest wheel on the top is outlet valve.
2.3 A型空氣瓶底部另設有排污螺塞。
For type A vessel, another discharge screw plug is fitted at the bottom of the body.
2.4 空氣瓶的安全裝置有易熔塞或安全閥兩種之一。易熔塞工作溫度為95℃±5℃，如設有安全閥，則安全閥的起跳壓力不超過空氣瓶的設計壓力。
The safety device may be either safety valve or fusel plug. For fusel plug, it will melted at 95℃±5℃. If safety valve is fitted, the setting open-pressure can not be more than the vessel’s design pressure.
3、 安裝維護與保養(Installation and maintenance)
3.1 A型空氣瓶安裝形式為立式或傾斜式，B型空氣瓶為臥式安裝。
Type A vessel can be installed vertically or inclining. Type B vessel to be installed horizontally but the end which fitted discharge screw plug to be a little bit lower than another end (keep at lest 10°). The vessel should be lay parallel as possible to the ship’s longitude line.
3.2 空氣瓶的安裝，要便於最大限度地進行四周檢視，並使定期檢查易於進行。
Certain space around the vessel to be supplied for maintenance.
3.3 如果進入空氣瓶的壓縮空氣壓力高於空氣瓶的工作壓力，則應在進氣管路中裝設減壓閥組。同時還應安裝空氣濾器和氣水分離器。
If inlet air’s compress may be higher than vessel’s working pressure, a reduction valve and safety valve should be fitted on the inlet pipe. Air filter and drier are also needed.
3.4 空氣瓶的所有連接管道安裝前應清潔。焊接產生的垃圾也應清除。
All the pipes connected to vessel to be cleaned before fitting, take special care of welding litter.
3.5 氣瓶安裝應牢固可靠，A型空氣瓶應采用抱箍抱緊瓶體，以防移動或傾倒。
Vessel should be installed securely, type A vessel to be fastened at upper body.
3.6 氣瓶應定期排污。關於檢查和試驗，參照檢驗機構的相關規范。
