GF-TB型中速塗佈機

用途及特點：
　　本機主要用於高檔電化鋁和鍍鋁膜的塗佈生產,是鍍鋁金銀卡紙、煙包內襯紙（噴鋁紙）載體膜塗佈的主要設備。
　　本機是高速塗佈生產線，具有自動化程度高，生產效率高，產品精度高等優點，是一臺高速節能塗佈機。
1.放卷、收卷均由氣脹軸支撐料卷，更換快捷、撐力均勻、定心準確。
2.放卷架安裝"雙光電自動跟蹤"糾偏裝置。
3.放卷及收卷張力由各自的磁粉離合器獨立控制。
4.塗佈方式為網紋輥定量轉移塗膠；氣動式壓膠輥；背壓式刮刀，塗膠時由單獨電機控制刮刀左右擺動；
5.網紋輥獨立電機驅動，變頻調速與主機一致.
6. 冷卻鋼輥表麵鍍硬鉻，鏡麵加工，冷卻方式為內部水循環冷卻。
7.塗膠壓輥及冷卻牽引壓輥采用氣動加壓，壓力可調。
8.烘箱總長度10米，內部導輥為拱型排列。
9.烘箱內加熱方式為電加熱，分四段獨立溫控區，每段溫度獨立可調節。

Medium Speed Coating Machine(GF-TB)
Fit range main functions:
The machine is mainly applied to producing anodized aluminum and film aluminum plated of top grade. It is the machine used for coating carrier film such as golden-silvery paper aluminum plated, cigarette packet backing paper(paper sprayed aluminum ) and etc.
The machine holds strong points of high speed, high automatization, high production efficiency, high precision and etc. It is a powerfrugal machine of high speed.
The unwinding equipment and rewinding equipment all adopts air-expansion shaft, assuring fast replacement, evenly supporting force and accurate centering.
The unwinding equipment adopts automatic dual-photoelectricity tracking rectification system to assure the unwinding edge smooth and tidy.
The tension of the unwinding and rewinding equipment is controlled by magnetic powder respectively.
Quantitative transferred glue spreading by mesh roller; pneumatic pressure rubber roller; pressure back pressure doctor, separate motor controls doctor’s horizontal movement .
Mesh roller is driven by a separate motor, synchronous with the master motor by frequency conversion timing.
Surface of cooling roller is hard chrome plated, mirror finish. Cooling manner: inside water circulation cooling.
Glue spreading rubber roller and cooling traction roller pressurize pneumatically, pressure adjustable.
The total length of the oven is 10m; bearing rollers are shaped in arch.
Inside the oven, the heating method is electricity heating. The temperature is independently controllable in the four segments of the oven respectively.
