概述

本機可將升華類,溶劑類油墨的彩色圖案與文字經熱轉印燙印在棉、麻、化纖等織物上,還可以進行植毛燙畫和發泡印花工藝熱處理,經濟又實用.

特點：

l     發熱板與發熱絲註為一體，安全、耐用、熱力分佈均勻

l     底板裝耐高溫發泡矽膠，溫度達250℃不變形

l     電子數顯恒溫器控制溫度準確性高(±2)

l     電子控制時間,工序完成訊號指示

l     加熱板肽氟倫粘鍍層

l     壓力隨意調較

操作

插上電源,打開電源總開關,電源指示燈隨即著亮

註意:整機必須有牢靠的保護地線

1. 將溫控器調至所需溫度(通常為120℃-200℃)
2. 將時間繼電器調至所需時間(通常為5-10S)
3. 將衣物平放在下燙板上,再放上燙畫紙(註意燙畫紙的正反麵),將手柄用力向下壓,直至終點.

  註意:用力請勿超過30KG,否則可能引致手柄變形

1. 當指示燈燙印的定時時間至時,蜂鳴器響,將手柄向上提回原位
2. 如果冷撕的燙畫紙,請用黑板擦將燙畫紙均衡擦一遍,等5-10秒,才將燙畫紙撕掉.

如果是熱撕的燙畫紙,燙印完畢後,請馬上將燙畫紙撕去.

成功的燙印需要有正確的時間、壓力、溫度的配合,衣物的厚度的材料及燙畫紙的種類都會影響到燙印的效果.

維修

1. 壓力:如壓力不夠或者太大,可調底板下邊的壓力螺母,向(+)方向即增加壓力,向(-)方向即減少壓力
2. 時間:當燙印時間到達而蜂鳴器不響或者不停地響,則需檢查壓力手把下的微動開關接觸點是否距離適中.若不適中,則需調整到適當的位置
3. 溫度:當所調溫度到達時,大約15分鐘到達180℃,如開機數分鐘而發熱板不發熱時,請檢查電路

Operation

Plug the socket, turn on the power of machine, then indicator is working.

     Attention: proper and stable protective ground-wire must be prepared for whole machine.

One: adjust the temperature to requested temperature, which usually between 120℃-200℃.

Two:set the timer to request time which usually between 5s-20s.

Three:put the material on the lower plate then place transfer paper (pay attention on front and back of it), Press handle till the end.

     Attention:Strength mustn’t exceed thirty kg to protect normal working of handle.

Four:buzzer is working when timer indicated completion of hot-stamping, then replac the handle.

Five:if cold peel thermo printing paper, erase it by brush within five to ten seconds then peel the thermo printing paper.

      If hot peel thermo printing paper, erase it immediately after completion of printing.

      Perfect thermo-printing requires the cooperation of correct time, temperature and time.
