本產品是裂膜線由拉絲機組經纖化，收卷後的加捻，絡筒一步法捻線機設備。
It’s an one step twister for twisting and winding after the split film yarn is fiberized and taken up.
具有全鈑金分段組合式機構，采用雙變頻控制，無須關機即可調節紗線捻度。軟啟動和延時停機設計，切實解決傳統生產設備的停機致使成品卷繞松塌且不能及時順利開機的技術難題。采用優質橡膠材質錠帶，配合進口膠水縫合，可提高錠帶的使用壽命（一般一年內無須更換）。成品一次成型，無須再經絡筒，是理想的一步法加捻設備。全機傳動合理，結構緊湊，外形美觀，操作方便，是加工裂膜線行業的新一代設備。
It owns complete sheet metal segment assembly structure, dual inverter control, adjustable yarn twist range without shutting down the equipment. Soft start and delay stop design overcome loose take-up and late power on problem due to shut down of traditional production equipment.The equipment uses spindle tape of high quality rubber material with imported glue sewing up, it can enhance service life (It doesn’t need displacement in a year generally) of spindle tape. The finished product is formed directly without winding, it’s an ideal one step twister. The whole unit owns reasonable drive, compact structure, good looking and simple operation, it’s a new generation for processing of split film yarn industry.
