鉻剛玉PAPink Fused Alumina (Code:PA)
鉻剛玉的是以氧化鋁粉為主要原料,適配氧化鉻,經高溫熔煉而成。我公司生產鉻剛玉結晶度好、顏色純正、雜質少、粒度組成均勻、磁性物含量低、堆積密度高、韌性值高，深受國內外的用戶好評。用其制造的磨具,耐用度好,磨加工光潔度高.適用於量具、機床主軸、機表零件、螺紋工件及樣板磨等精密磨削.可根據客戶需求生產低鉻、中鉻、高鉻剛玉。
化學成分:
Its main material is bayer alumina, which is electrically fused in high temperature, being added with the right quantity of oxidized chromium.Our PA is praised by domestic and overseas consumer with its goodcrystallization degree, pure color, fewer impurities, evenly distributed grains, low magnetic matter content, high bulk density and toughness. The abrasive tools made by PA have good durability and the processed workpieces have high-quality finish. It is suitable for precision grinding the measuring tools, machine tool main spindle, instrument parts, thread workpieces and sample plate mill,etc. We can produce low, medium and high chromium corundum according to customer demand.
