1 Optics safe instruction

Laser radiation can cause great damage to eyes and skin. Don't directly expose eyes and skin in laser radiation.

2 Power safe instruction

Don’t approach or touch electric power source, both ends of laser, and the wires connected to the two ends when connect to the high voltage power.

3 Other safe instruction

(1) The laser is easy to ignite irradiated tinder, so don’t placed tinder and explosives within the radiation range and must prepare fire-fighting equipment in the workplace;

(2) Cope with the harmful substance caused by processing materials when using the laser, and maintain draftiness.

(3) The laser can only work in the presence of staff. If an exception occurs, please cut off the power immediately.

(4) The laser is glass tube laser, and it is fragile. Please handle with care!

Installation instruction(Refer to KY series laser instruction manual for details)

1The middle outlet must be face up. The laser tube outlet should be connect to the cooling-water machine (water pump) inlet, and the laser tube inlet should be connect to the cooling water machine (water pump) outlet.

2 Ensure the cooling water circulation is good before light the laser tube. Otherwise the laser can easily burst. Such accidents are not under warranty.

3 If the laser is not connected to the cooling water when working before the laser is damage, you must turn off the power immediately. In this situation, don’t connect to the cooling water before the laser tube cooled to room temperature. Then light the laser tube, and check whether it is regular service.

4 Dirty cooling water will seriously affect the normal use of the laser, and it can significantly cut down the laser life.

1 Condition of circumstance

(1)Environment temperature：10—40℃

(2)Relative humidity：45%—85%, non-condensing.

(3)Atmospheric pressure：86—106kpa

(4) Use the laser in the dust-proof environment.

(5)The factory must meet the requirements of local safety standards on the running of the laser equipment.

2 Condition of electricity

Single-phase source, voltage:200V—240V，50Hz

3 Condition of cooling system

(1) Cooling water temperature：15—30℃. Summer optimal temperature is 25℃，and other season is 20℃.

(2)Cooling water flow rate：≥6 L/min

(3)Water quality：Purified water. Impurity diameter is less than 0.2mm

(4)The pH of water：6-9

Routine maintenance instruction(Refer to KY series laser instruction manual for details)

1 Maintain environmental health, and attention to the maintenance of the laser exit lens.

2 replac the cooling water regularly, and ensure the cooling water is clean.

3 Pay attentions to the change of cooling water temperature. If using cooling water machine, the summer optimal temperature is 25℃(other seasons is 20℃). If using water pump, the temperature should be controlled below 30℃.

4 When the environment temperature is low, make sure the cooling water does not freeze. If necessary, use the antifreeze.
