TM52F5288 is an 8-bit microcontroller single chip with instruction set fully compatible

with industry standard 8051, and retains most 8051 peripheral functional block. It

executes instruction about 6 times faster than traditional 12T 8051

TM52F5288 contains 16 KBytes Flash ROM, 512 Bytes SRAM, 8051 standard Timer0/1/2,

 UART, SPI,2 PWM, 12-bit ADC, LCD/LED Driver and Watch Dog Timer. Its high reliability

 and powerful features can be widely applied in consumer as well as home appliance products.
