中拋用α氧化鋁系列

α-Alumina series for medium polishing

根據用戶不同的要求，產品分三個系列：

（1）YF-PA50G-2型，平均粒度4-6um（1000目），隧道窯1450度高溫煅燒，切削力和光澤度俱佳。主要適合生產紫蠟，用於不銹鋼、不銹鐵、碳鋼、煅燒硬質鋁合金等金屬中粗拋光，具有極強的切削力和較高光澤度，可在麻輪上一次完成中拋和精拋的操作過程；

（2）YF-PA20G型，平均粒度4±1um（1500目），兼顧出光率和切削力，隧道窯1450度高溫煅燒，主要適合生產出光好的紫蠟或切削力好的白蠟，尤其適合生產鋼管蠟。

  （3）YF-RA20GB，平均粒度為3um（2000目），物美價廉，用來做白蠟，突出光度。

（1）YF-PA50G-2, with the average particle size of 4-6μm (1000mesh),calcined in tunnel kiln at 1450℃,has good cutting force andglossiness.It is mainly suitable for producing purple wax for medium and coarse polishing of metals such as stainless steel, stainless iron, carbon steel, calcined hard alloy. Adopting this product, the medium polishing and fine polishing can be finished once onfibrilia grinding wheel.

（2）YF-PA20G, with the average particle size of 4±1μm (1500mesh), takesboth glairing rate and cutting force into account. Calcined in tunnel kiln at 1450℃, it is suitable for producing purple wax with high glairing rate or white wax with good cutting force, especially suitable for steel pipe wax.

（3）YF-RA20GB, with the average particle of is 3μm(2000mesh), hasexcellent quality and reasonable price, and can be used to produce white wax to stand out luminosity.
