氣流磨的原理

將乾燥無憂的壓縮空氣或熱蒸汽通過噴嘴高速噴出，高速射流帶動物料做高速運動，使物料碰撞，摩擦麵粉碎，被粉碎物料隨氣流到達分級區，達到細度要求的物料，最終有收集器收集，沒有達到要求的物料，再返回粉碎室繼續粉碎，直到達到所需細度並被捕集為止。由於噴嘴附近速度梯度很高，因此絕大多數的粉碎作用發生在噴嘴附近。在粉碎室中，顆粒與顆粒間的碰撞頻率遠遠高於顆粒與器壁的碰撞，也就是說氣流磨中的主要分所作用是顆粒之間的沖擊或摩擦。
