鉀長石粉

主要用於填充,拋光臘,陶瓷等領域

長石是堿金屬或堿土金屬的鋁矽酸鹽，顏色為淺紅、淺黃或灰白色。莫氏硬度6～6.5，比重2.56～2.69g/cm3。長石的開始熔化溫度低熔融范圍寬，形成的液相粘度較大，可減少坯體變形，便於提高燒成合格率，在陶瓷工業中長石主要是作坯料的熔劑及釉料的主要成分。

　　在玻璃行業中，長石能引入堿金屬氧化物，減少瞭純堿的用量，其中的Al2O3能降低玻璃的結晶傾向，提高玻璃的粘度和各種性能。

   鉀長石（KAlSi3O8）屬單斜晶系，比重2.56～2.59g/cm3。它具有熔點低（1150±20℃），熔融間隔時間長，熔融粘度高等特點，廣泛應用於陶瓷坯料、陶瓷釉料、玻璃、電瓷、研磨材料等工業部門及制鉀肥用。

   鈉長石（NaAlSi3O8）屬三斜晶系，比重2.6～2.65g/cm3，呈灰白色帶黃。鈉長石是良好的陶瓷助熔劑原料（起助熔的作用），它具有節約燃料消耗，提高坯體機械強度，降低吸水率等優點，主要用於陶瓷、玻璃、搪瓷等部門。

It has a lower melting point (1150-20 ℃), melting time interval is long, high melt viscosity etc, are widely used in the ceramic blank, ceramic glaze, glass, porcelain, abrasive material and other industrial departments and potash use.
