活化沸石

   活化沸石是一種架狀結構的堿土金屬鋁矽酸鹽礦物質，化學式為：（Na,k,ca）2-3【Al3(Al,si)2si13o36】·12H2O;為肉紅色或其它淺色，具有比表麵積大，吸附性能好，離子交換能力強，化學性能穩定等特點，廣泛應用於石油化工，輕工，環保，建材，畜牧業等領域。我廠生產的斜發沸石濾料經選礦、粉碎、篩分、焙燒等加工而成，主要用於中小型鍋爐用水的軟化處理，以除去水中的鈣、鎂離子和重金屬離子，從而減少鍋爐內水垢的生成，減輕水側金屬的腐蝕，延長鍋爐的使用壽命。在廢水處理中，可用於除去水中的磷和鉛以及六價格。失效後的沸石可用濃鹽水逆流再生後重復使用。

Zeolite

Zeolites are alkaline-earth metal aluminosilicate minerals that have a frame-like structure. Their chemical formula: (Na, k, ca) 2-3 【Al3 (Al, si) 2si13o36】 • 12H2O. They have meat, red or other light-colors with a large surface area and good adsorption, ion-exchange ability, chemical stability and other characteristics, widely used in petroleum chemical industry, light industry, environmental protection, building materials, animal husbandry and other fields. My factory produce clinoptilolite filter by dressing, crushing, sieving, baking and other processes, mainly for small and medium sized boiler water softening treatment to remove water calcium and magnesium ions and heavy metal ions, thereby reducing the formation of boiler scale, and the water-side corrosion of metals and extend the life of the boiler.

In wastewater treatment, zeolite can remove phosphorus and lead as well as the price of 6. Failure zeolite also can be reused.
