Foshan Jinxi Jinlan Cold Rolled Sheets Co. Ltd. is a joint venture by China Oriental Group Company Limited and Foshan Jinlna Corporation, founded in 2004.
津西金蘭是一傢民營企業,各項工藝技術有待一進步完善,所以暫定位於低端市場,機械加工成型方麵符合國傢相關標準,但不適合於超標的使用.普通ST12級產品往往在高難折彎及加工時出現爆裂等現象.對於加工形狀復雜的產品,需要選用更高級的ST12 或者ST14產品.
Jinxi Jinlan is a newly established steel work and they targeted low-end market due to their premature technologies. The machining property of their products complies with relevant national standards but doesn’t recommend to be used in extreme conditions. Generally speaking, regular grade ST12 would crack during machining. Higher grade of ST12 or ST14 is advised to be used for machining products with complicated shapes.
津西金蘭產冷軋產品的表麵質量一般,且表麵為光麵處理,能滿足一般情況下的噴漆處理,高附著力要求之噴漆,需要慎用.作電鍍處理時,質量相對一般,需要謹慎使用. 板麵平直度一般,偶有輕度波,鋼卷板麵偶有輕微劃傷現象.對於較高水平度及表麵質量的產品,需要謹慎使用.
The surface of Jinxi Jinlans cold rolled products are all been through glossy treatment but the quality of their surfaces are relatively low, they meet the requirement of painting under regular process but it’s not advised to be used for electroplating and painting that have high requirement on surface adhesion. They are not very flat and sometimes have light warp or scratch. They are not advised to be used for products that have high requirement on flatness and surface quality.
津西金蘭產品厚度一般負差較大,以1.0MM材料為例,一般厚度在0.9到0.97之間,對於有精密要求的產品慎用.
Their products got a high minus, take T=1.0mm cold roll steel sheet as an example, their actual thickness is around 0.9mm to 0.97mm, not advised to be used for products with high requirement on thickness.
