TP-DK5系列機床控制變壓器

概述

TP-DK5系列機床變壓器適用於交流50-60HZ，一般輸入額定電壓不超過660V，輸出額定電壓不超過230V的電路中，作為各行各業的機械設備，一般電器的控制、照明和信號燈的電源之用。

TP-DK5系列變壓器是引進德國最新型的變壓器系列，在國內TP-DK3系列機床控制變壓器基礎上，進一步改進並優選國外最先進的接線端子結構，將端子與骨架結合在一起，提高瞭接線密集程度，並使防護等級提高到IP2LX，防止偶然觸及電路，采用IT冷壓接線端子，增加瞭接線牢固性，可靠性。本系列變壓器矽鋼片與矽鋼片之間，矽鋼片與底板之間的聯接均采用氣體保護氬弧焊工藝，形成一個整體簡捷明瞭。尤其是底板一次成型，使安裝尺寸更為準確，精密，而采用優質防蝕合金材料，大大提高接地性能的可靠性，本系列變壓器從外觀到產品質量得到全麵提高，產品符合GB5226，JB/T5555-2001，VDE0550-1-3，EN61558-1:1997，EN61558-2-13:2000等有關國傢、國際標準，並榮獲歐共體"CE"認證，證書編號：LVD100607-01，可與國外產品互換使用。

TP-DK5系列機床控制變壓器技術特性

初級次級繞組分開繞制，當次級隻有一個繞組時，它擔負變壓器的全部額定容量，次級如兼有控制、照明及指示燈繞組時，則按各繞組容量分配分別繞制，對單繞組且有中間抽頭的變壓器其各中間抽頭容量，皆小於變壓器的額定容量，隻有最高電壓輸出端可擔負額定容量。

Application:

TP-DK5 series transformers are used in the 50-60HZ ac circuit of input voltage less than 660V and output voltage less than 230V as machine equipment in various area for controlling the power of electrical equipment , lighting and Signal lamp. This series transformer is adopted in Germany technic and made improvement on the base of TP-DK3 model. It improve in advanced terminal block which can be connected to the coilframework together and increasethe wire compression so as to heighten protection grade to IP2LX to avoid touching circuit. It use IT end sleeves to increase fastness and reliability ofthe wire connection. This series transformer is adopted in weld of gas protection argon arc so as to be whole. The soleplate is moulding in one time to be more accurate and extract in the installation dimension. This series transformer is much improved in quality and shape. It conforms to GB5226，JB/T5555-201，VDE0550-1-3，EN61558-1:1997，EN61558-2-13:2000and gets CE approval. Verification Number:LVD100607-01.
