立體標牌設計註意事項：
產品厚度在0.3-0.8mm之間，常用0.4-0.6mm。高度應控制在5 mm之內。
產品表麵字體可采用擠壓成型、腐蝕或印刷的方式。由於在擠壓成型時，字體邊緣受力會產生細小的裂紋，字體表麵會有輕微的變形，所以擠壓成型後的字體要對表麵進行高光切削和拉絲處理。
表麵效果可采用拉絲或磨沙麵。拉絲效果可采用帶有拉絲效果的板材；若產品表麵帶有腐蝕字體，則產品表麵的拉絲效果用腐蝕的方式加工，但是腐蝕的效果沒有拉絲板材的效果好。磨沙麵是采用噴沙的效果加工。
板材可根據需要進行著色處理，客戶應提供色卡號或產品的實樣。
產品形狀可以作成任意的曲麵，也可進行彎邊或對邊緣處進行高光切削。
銘牌裝配時為嵌入的結構，請提供機殼的正確尺寸及實樣。若銘牌的尺寸過大過高，應在機殼上相應的部位加上支撐結構。
客戶應提供完整的資料，包括2D和3D的圖檔。2D使用DWG格式的文件、3D使用PRT格式的文件。產品外觀以3D圖檔為準；但是外型輪廓尺寸以2D圖為準；圖案或字體用CDR格式或者AI格式的文件.另外應提供產品的效果圖.產品的開發周期一般為6~10天，量產準備時間為5~7天。
3D logo design matter needing attention
Embossment mold the end gradient, and improves with products’ high <10. The words mold gradient >15.Nameplate’s high is <3 mm,and rise high between 0.4~0.7 mm.
The words high <0.3mm,if you use laser beam, thehigh <0.15mm.
Plate average thickness 0.22士0.05 if products surpass this thickness you should mind hollow structure and permit having error 0.05mm..Because plate is average structure,products’ concave and conves has changed.
Products appearance use a punching machine,don’t forget rim wide average 0.07mm.Punching and cutting products are vertical.
Nameplate face,use many technologies.Bright face,use picture,and to avoid it,s so many.And another face ,is nameplate’s below.
But reallyproducts, grind sand-like material,bad products below manufacturing products,and also take much time.
Lase used words and picture If products needs cover with paint,you should serve color because technology,you should allow a bit color error.
Customer should serve all means about products,above 2D and 3D picture.2D use DWG form 3D use PRT form. The face use 3D picture at last. But products outline use 2D picture at last.
Picture and words use CDR or AI form design’s time is 1.-15 days, pass later, batch produce preparation’s time 7days!
