II. Main indicators for the production line生產線主體技術指標

1. The maximum production speed is 120 m/min, for the steel strip having the dimensions 0,4x1100mm, based on the project and the approval for the maximum production speed for the steel strip at this dimensions. For different dimensions of the steel strip, will be used a different production speed.

  生產線最大工藝速度120m/min,對應板材規格0.4×1100mm,該規格帶鋼作為生產線最大工藝速度的設計與考核依據。不同規格帶鋼按生產線適應的生產線速度生產。

1. The minimum production speed is 20m/min.

  生產線最低工藝速度20m/min;

3． The raw material uncoiler and the final product recoiler have a speed limited to 20 –120 m/min.

1﹟儲料機組前和2﹟儲料機組後的生產線速度范圍為20-120m/min;

4. The maximum perforation speed is 20 m/min.

  生產線穿帶速度20m/min;

5. The medium galvanizing thickness (both sides) is 180 g/ m²; zinc thickness regulation limits   (both sides) 100 – 300 g/m².

  平均鍍鋅厚度（雙麵）180g/m²；鍍麵厚度調節范圍（雙麵） 100-300g/m²

6. The condition Zinc coating: normal galvanizing, thin galvanizing

  鍍層狀態：正常鋅花；小鋅花

7. The quality of the galvanizing coating must be according to the national standard

GB2518 – 88; at the check the galvanizing coating does not come off.

  鍍鋅層質量符合國傢標準GB2518-88；檢驗不脫鋅

8. The production line must be equipped with multiple coil adjusting capabilities, if there is no funnel on both sides for leveling, the one-sided deviation must be < ± 1 mm

  生產線具備齊邊卷取與錯邊卷取的功能。齊邊收卷，兩邊無喇叭口現象，單邊錯層偏差≤±1mm
