產品用途
FZ（40/35）－11、FZ（40/35）－12
型軸流通風機，主要用於紡織廠空調室，
亦可用於其它無腐蝕氣體的通風換氣場
合。當季節性氣溫變化時，采用雙速電機
調節工況，有顯著節能效果。
■ 主要規格
本系列風機的機號有№8、9、10、11.2、
14、16、18、20 等共八種，不同機號的葉
片數有5、8、10 三種，葉片可安裝成8°、
11°、14°、17°、20°等五種角度，各
機號風機可有A 式（直聯傳動）和C 式（皮
帶傳動）二種，C式性能同A式相同。各
機號風機可根據用戶要求選配擴散筒。

■ 產品結構
本風機主要由集風器、主機和擴散筒
組成。
主機結構簡單、安裝維修方便。葉片
為機翼型扭曲葉片，葉片材質為ZL104 高
強度鑄造鋁合金，並經表麵硬質氧化處理，
葉片表麵硬度高，耐腐蝕性能好、使用壽
命長。葉輪與電動機直聯，或葉輪與轉動
軸聯接，電動機容量根據不同的風壓風量
而配（詳見性能及配套件表）。
本系列風機安裝方式可分為墻式（Q
型）安裝和落地式（L 型）安裝，用戶應
在訂貨時註明。同時亦須註明風機的使用
條件是壓入式還是吸入式，以便組裝供貨。
風機的安裝與調整
5.1 墻式安裝風機：在主機機殼外裝
上安裝支架，把主機機殼放入墻壁上預留
的空間位置（見圖8），此部份表麵應打毛，
使混凝土牢固粘結。應在墻上預留的空間
位置先預埋入鋼筋架，機殼放入後，在電
機座板上校水平，再把安裝支架與鋼筋架
焊住後澆註混凝土，施工時應防止機殼變
形。待混凝土凝固後，裝入電動機和葉輪，
準確地定中心。
主機安裝完畢後，在主機兩側順序安
裝集風器及擴散筒，在集風器及擴散筒外
側下麵用小支架（用戶自制）支撐牢。
5.2 落地式安裝風機：基礎平整，預
埋地腳螺栓，機架放穩調平後用螺母緊固。
5.3 葉輪的安裝：先用螺絲刀頭部嵌
入錐度定緊套上銑開的缺口處，將定緊套
安裝於電動機軸上。再把葉輪套在定緊套
上，如圖1所示位置，然後用3 隻內六角
螺釘及3 隻彈簧墊圈通過軸盤上的緊固孔
（光孔）旋入定緊套上的螺孔，葉輪即可
緊固於電動機軸上。再在電機軸端用六角螺栓及彈簧墊圈緊固軸擋圈。
■ Application
The axial fan FZ(40/35)－11 and FZ(40/35)－12 is used
primarily in the air-conditioning hall of a textile factory,as well
as in the air-conditioning and ventilating places of non-corrosive
gas.When the air temperature is varied by the seasons,the
operation state of fan can be changed by means of a two-speed
motor for economizing on energy.
■ Specifications
The serial fans includs 8 different sizes,such as №
8,9,10,11.2,14,16,18 and 20.Each size fan may be fitted up three
different blade numbers,as 5,8 and 10 blades,and five set
angles,as 8。,11。,14。,17。and 20。,The drive modes of fan are
classified as the kind A(motor-direct-driven)and kind
C(motor-driven by belt),but the fan performance with kind A is
the same as the fan performance with kind C.The diffuser can be
provided with the fan if required.

the Tables“Specifications and Complementary Parts”.
The overall dimensions of every size of fan and the
diffusers are shown in Diag.3,4,5,6 and 7 respectively.
■ Configurations
The whole machine consists of a fan,an air-collector and a
diffuser.
The stucture of the fan is simple,so the installation and
maintenace can be done easily.The vane that is serofoil shape
and twist alone the height of the blade is made of ZL 104,a kind
of high strength cast aluminum alloy, and treated by the
hardening and oxidizing surface process, so that it has the
advantages of the hard surface, fine corrosion resistance and long
service life. The impeller is connected to the motor directly, or
driven by belt. The capacity of the motor can be selected
according to the different air pressure and air flow (see the Tabes
“Specifications and Complementary Parts”).
The fan can be installed by two installation ways, i.e.
wall-mounted(type Q)and ground-mounted(Type L),so the
installation ways should be noted, and the application way of the
fan,i.e.the installation of the fan with press-in mode or suction
mode, should be indicated by user when ordering,so that it can
