Working principle

工業原理
工業制氧機根據變壓吸附原理，采用沸石分子篩作為吸附劑，由於沸石分子篩有選擇吸附的特性，氮被沸石分子篩大量吸附，氧在氣相中被富集，在變壓吸附的作用下實現氮氧分離。工業制氧機采用兩個吸附塔流程，一塔吸附產氧，一塔解吸再生，通過PLC智能程序控制氣動角座閥門的啟閉，使兩塔循環交替，連續交替，連續產出高品質氧氣。
