1.1適用范圍(Application Range)

此規格書適用於ECH-USB-8.4SERIES數位電池充電器的電氣、外觀、機械特性以及外部環境要求等方麵的規格。

This specification applies to ECH-USB-8.4 SERIES Digital camera/camcorder battery charger’s Electric, appearance , mechanical features , external environment requirement and so on.

4.2.4指示功能Indication function：

4.2.4.1接通電源，空載狀態下（沒有待充電電池）充電器指示燈顯藍色。

4.2.4.2將對應的待充電電池正確接入後，充電器指示燈顯紅色，也表明充電器正在給電池充電。

The indicator lamp of charger is on red, after inserting the proper rechargeable battery in the charger. That show the battery is charging

4.2.4.3當電池充至臨界飽和或充滿時充電器指示為藍色。當電池剛好充至臨界飽和（即剛轉為藍色）時再充30-60分鐘，此時電池處於最佳飽和狀態。

The indicator lamp will be green when the battery is on critical saturation state or full. When the battery is just charging to the critical saturation (just switching green), at the moment, it will be better if you charge again for 30-60 minutes.

4.3  充電控制方式Charge control mode

5、可靠性測試Reliability testing

5.1 *高溫測試High temperature testing

實驗溫度為65℃±2℃，產品不包裝，持續時間為5小時。在常溫下放置待恢復後對其外觀、絕緣強度、指示功能及電性能進行重新測試。外觀應平整無劃痕、毛刺以及其它機械損傷，外露金屬部分電鍍層不脫落無銹蝕；無擊穿、飛弧現象；指示功能及電性能正常

Experimental temperature is 65℃±2℃, without package, duration is 5 hours.

Put it in the normal temperature .After recovering, we will test it again to the appearance, insulation strength, indication function and electrical property.

The appearance should smooth, without scratch, burr and other mechanical damage. At the same time , the plating layer of exposed metallic part will not fall off and no rust ; without the phenomenon of breakdown and electric arcing; it is normal for the indication function and electrical property.

5.2*低溫測試*Low temperature testing

因條件的限制此功能暫未測試。As limited of the condition, this function is not tested temporarily.

5.3 *恒定濕熱測試Constant humid&heat testing

    實驗溫度為40℃±2℃，濕度為90%～95%，產品不包裝，持續時間為48小時。測試後對其外觀、絕緣強度、指示功能及電性能進行重新測試。外觀應平整無劃痕、毛刺以及其它機械損傷，外露金屬部分的電鍍層不脫落無銹蝕；無擊穿、飛弧現象；指示功能及電性能正常。

Experimental temperature is 40℃±2℃, the humidity is 90%～95%, without package, duration is 48 hours. After testing, we will test it again to the appearance, insulation strength, indication function and electrical property.

The appearance should smooth, without scratch, burr and other mechanical damage. At the same time , the plating layer of exposed metallic part will not fall off and no rust ; without the phenomenon of breakdown and electric arcing; it is normal for the indication function and electrical property.

5.4*振動測試(Vibration testing)

頻率為10～55HZ，振幅為0.35mm，每個方向上掃頻循環次數為10次。實驗後對其外觀、絕緣強度、指示功能及電性能進行重新測試。外觀應無機械性損傷，外露金屬部分的電鍍層不脫落無銹蝕，

  指示功能及電性能正常。

Frequency is 10～55HZ,Amplitude is 0.35mm, each direction upward cycle for 10 times. After experiments, re-test its appearance, insulation intensity, indication functions and electricity performance. When appearance has not mechanical damage, the exposed metal parts’ plating layer no fall off and no rust corrosion, it shows normal for indirection function and electricity performance.

5.5跌落測試Falling testing

高度為1000mm，實驗臺厚度為20mm的硬木板，6個表麵，每個方向1次。實驗後對其外觀、絕緣強度、指示功能及電性能進行重新測試。外觀應無機械性損傷，外露金屬部分的電鍍層不脫落無銹蝕，指示功能及電性能正常。

indication functions and electricity performance. When appearance has not mechanical damage, the exposed metal parts’ plating layer has not fall off and no rust corrosion it shows normal for indirection function and electricity performance.

7、充電器的使用操作指引(Using operation guidance of charger)

7.1本充電器適用於隻要使用現場區域有對應usb端座口就可以跟此充電器匹配使用.(This charger is suitable for global voltage; it can choose the corresponding tip-plug according to users’ different regions that can be used to match))

7.2使用時操作手應握住沒有五金的部位確保插入usb端座口的安全。

Ensure the plug-in AC socket safety as the operator hold the parts without hardware.

7.3將選用與充電器相匹配的電池，並正確安裝在充電器上使之有良好的接觸，然後接入DC5V電源，充電器指示燈顯紅色為進入充電狀態。LED燈顯藍色有可能電池本身已飽和或沒有良好接觸，LED不亮有可能是DC接觸不良或充電器損壞。

Please use the matched battery with charger, and put the battery correctly into the charger, so that they touch well. Then, plug relevant DC power cord. When the light of charger indicates Red,

Means the charger charges the battery. LED light indicates blue, maybe the battery is full, or they couldn’t touch well. If LED light is no light, maybe the DC power cord couldn’t touch the charger well, or the charger is broken.

7.4在充電時充電器會有輕微發熱是正常現象(因內部有發熱元器件)，所以為瞭保證電池充電有良好的充電效果，請將充電器放在通風，易於熱量散發的地方充電. When the charger is charging, there will be a little hot. It is normal situation /phenomenon, because, there are some hotting elements in it. Please locate the charger in the dry and airiness place, so that the hot can be get out, and keep the charger well.

8.2貯存Stock

充電器應貯存在環境溫度為-10℃～50℃，清潔、乾燥通風的室內，應避免與腐蝕性特質接觸，應遠離火源及熱源。The charger should be stocked under the temperature -10℃～50℃, in the room of cleanness, dry & airiness, don’t touch with the causticy goods , get away from fire and high temperature.

9、使用註意Instruction

9.1警告Warning

9.1.1此充電器是專用鋰離子電池的，與其它型號的電池配套使用有可能不充電或可能充壞電池且有可能會導致爆炸、電池破裂或漏液、人身傷害或財產損壞。It was exclusive used for Li-Ion batteries，batteries may not be charged or damaged when it matches with other types of batteries，even cause explode，rupture and leak，personal injury or property damage。

9.1.2不正確使用充電器會有觸電的危險。If one couldn’t use charger correctly, he will be in the risk of touching electric.

9.1.3本充電器專用於室（車）內充電，請勿將其暴露於雨中或雪中。Don’t expose the charger in rain or snow. It is only used in room。

9.1.4請勿分解或組裝充電器。Don’t disassemble or assemble the charger by yourself!。

9.2  註意事項Notice

9.2.1請勿使充電器落地或將重物置於其上。Don’t dro the charger or put the heavy thing onto it.

9.2.2兒童須成人的監督下使用本充電器。Make sure that the Adult take care of the little child when the child is using the charger.

9.2.3須在0℃～40℃溫度范圍內使用本充電器。Using this charger under temperature 0℃～40℃

9.2.4請勿在直射陽光下、發熱的設備旁或其它高溫場所使用或儲存本充電器。Don’t using or stock this charger under the direct sunshine, on the side of the hot equipment, or other hot places

9.2.5在充電過程中，請勿用如毛巾、衣服之類的物品將充電器掩蓋，避免導致火警。Don’t put the charger under the towel, clothing, etc, avoiding the fire.

9.2.6在不使用充電器時，請將充電器內的電池取出，以免造成電池電量損耗。Please pick out the battery, when you don’t use the charger, lest the battery ullage.
