       柳鋼熱軋鋼板主攻中厚卷板市場及船板市場,其產品厚度主要集中在3.0到20MM之間.柳鋼機組能生產1250MM,1500MM,1800MM寬的鋼板,為用戶提供瞭更多的寬度選擇,大大地提高瞭分條或者整板應用客戶的成材率.
Hot Rolled Steels from Liuzhou Steel are majorly for plate and ship making market, and the thickness is vary from 3.0mm to 20mm. Liuzhou Steel is capable of producing steel sheet with width of 1250mm, 1500mm and 1800mm which offered the clients a wider range of product to choose and increased finish product rate of customers who is looking for slitted plate and whole plate.

 
       柳鋼熱軋產品的機械性能相對偏硬,機械加工成型方麵符合國傢相關標準,但不適合於超標的使用.往往在高難折彎及加工時出現爆裂等現象.

       柳鋼產熱軋產品的表麵質量一般,能滿足一般情況下的噴漆處理,但作酸洗及鍍鋅處理時,質量相對一般,需要謹慎使用.柳鋼產品厚度一般負差較大,以5.5MM材料為例,一般厚度在5.35到5.5之間,對於有精密要求的產品慎用.
Their products got a relatively rough surface which would meet the requirements for ordinary spray-paint operation but not very good for acid pickling and galvanizing. Their products are tend to have higher minus tolerance,  take T=5.5mm product as an example, their actual thickness vary  from 5.35mm to 5.50mm, it’s not advised to be used for products with high requirement of precision.
