    溫縣宏達凈水材料廠生產的錳砂濾料是采用國內質量優良、晶粒致密、機械強度大、化學活性強、不易破碎、不溶於水的天然錳礦砂。經水洗打磨除雜、乾燥、磁選、篩分、除塵等工藝成砂。再把加工好的錳砂按一定的級配調合而成。它具有水處理濾

    料最理想的級配比例,使它在單位體積內有最大的比表麵積、最強的截污能力、最大的氧化催化作用和最小的反沖洗流失率。錳砂濾料外觀粗糙呈褐色或淡灰色,常用於生活飲用水的除鐵、除錳過濾裝置,濾水效果非常良好。(註:MnO2≥35%既可除鐵,又能除錳,MnO2≤30%)隻能用於地下水除鐵)錳砂濾料主要用於降低水中的鐵錳鐵和錳總含量,根據我國生活飲用水衛生標準規其鐵含量≤0.3㎎/L,錳含量≤0.1㎎/L,長時間飲用含鐵含錳量過高的水會嚴重影響身體健康

     

    鐵以Fe2+的狀態曾於地下(井)水中,其水有異色異味,污染離子交換樹脂而降低交換能力,長時間後生成鐵垢,影響傳熱,能腐蝕設備。而錳砂中的MnO2與Fe2+發生氧化還原反應,使Fe2+變為Fe3+並生成 Fe(OH)3沉淀,從而利用錳砂過濾器的反沖洗功能達到去除凈化的目的。

     

      用於地下水除鐵和除錳的天然錳砂濾料,其錳的形態應以氧化錳為主。含錳量(以MnO2計,下同)不應小於35%的天然錳砂濾料,既可用於地下水除鐵,又可用於地下水除錳;含錳量為20%~30%的天然錳砂濾料,隻宜用於地下水除鐵;含錳量小於20%的錳礦砂則不宜采用。宜優先采用經過科學試驗或生產使用證明能獲得良好除鐵和除錳效果的天然錳砂品種作濾料。

     

      1.天然錳砂濾料的平均密度一般為3.2g/cm3至3.6g/cm3范圍內。使用中對密度有特殊要求者除外。

     

      2.天然錳砂濾料的鹽酸可溶率不應大於3.5%(百分率按質量計,下同)。

     

      3.天然錳砂濾料的破碎率和磨損率之和不應大於3%。

     

      4.天然錳砂濾料應不含肉眼可見泥土、頁巖和外來碎屑,含泥量不應大於2.5%。

     

     

    5.濾料的水浸出液應不含對人體有毒、有害物質。

     

      錳砂濾料常用規格:0.25-0.5mm 0.5-0.8mm 0.8-2.0mm 1.0-2.0mm 2.0-4.0mm 4.0-8.0mm 8.0-16mm特殊規格可根據用戶需求另行加工。

     

      錳砂濾料用途

     

      天然錳砂除鐵是一種接觸催化除鐵工藝,適合於地下水含鐵量小於20mg/L的除鐵。天然錳砂中含的高價錳能將水中的二價鐵氧化成三價鐵,同時在表麵形成有催化作用的“活性濾膜”,進一步提高瞭除鐵效果。含鐵水經曝氣後,隻經天然錳砂一次過濾,就能完成全部除鐵過程。

     

      錳砂含量的選用。
