中水蒸氣凝結成液態水夾帶塵、油排出機外，

l        制冷系統配置完善。機器的關鍵部件采用進口名牌產品，在保證瞭處理效果的同時又保證瞭系統的可靠運行和壽命。

l        制冷及空氣系統經專傢準確計算，設計參數均留20%以上的餘量。

l        氣液分離徹底。采用過濾式氣液分離器，內裝美國HANKISon濾芯，氣液分離效果徹底，避免瞭水分的二次蒸發，確保冷乾機的乾燥效果的重要作用，它比旋風分離效率更高，分離效率達到99.66%

l        管路系統采用內鍍鋅無縫鋼管,工作壓力0.3-4.5Mpa任意選擇。

l        先用不繡鋼管中和，適合醫芘、食品行業、耐酸耐堿碳腐蝕。

l        空氣熱交換器彩內外壁全波紋銅管，增大冷量利用率，逆流式結構，回溫好，不結露。

l        蒸發器為輕水處理薄壁紫銅管帶純鋁鰭片，擾流結構換熱效率高。

l        排污系統優，冷乾機結構采用三級以上排水及時有效排出大量的冷凝水及油污，從而在確保系統與空氣的乾凈和乾燥的同時也降低瞭系統的負荷。

l        多種形式（單、集、聯控、PC板、變頻等）的控制線路，適合不同用戶選用。

l        外轉子冷卻風扇，大風量、低噪聲、頻繁啟停長壽命。

l        水冷凝器為低翅銅管，慢水流、多沖程、換熱效率高，長期使用不晚結垢。
