本設備主要包括濃縮罐、冷凝器、汽液分離器、受液桶五部件，濃縮罐為夾套結構，冷凝器為列管式，冷卻器為盤管式結構。本設備適用於制藥、食品、化工等行業對料液的濃縮，並且可作為回收酒精和簡單的回流提取之用。設備與物料接觸部分均采用不銹鋼制造，具有良好的而腐蝕性能，並符合GMP醫藥標準。

ng>結構特點:本設備共有四個規格系列（見技術參數）全部采用不銹鋼材料制造，結構緊湊，外形美觀，本設備冷凝器為列管式，冷卻器為蛇管式，如濃縮度較高的情況下采用攪拌混合或動態提取，其效果更佳。設有自動排水裝置，蒸發出來的冷凝水能自動排水。

工作原理:物料抽入濃縮罐內，利用夾套通蒸汽進行加熱，加料高度以達到罐體視鏡中心為宜，上升的蒸汽由第一冷凝器控制回流量，根據不同物料控制罐內溫度夾帶的泡沫及部分高沸點液體從氣液分離器分離返回濃縮罐內，對於工業溶劑（酒精）經第二冷凝和冷卻器最後在受液槽取得。

本設備各以常壓減壓生產，可以間歇或連續生產，當連續生產進料時其進料管應加流量計，在連續減壓生產過程中對濃縮罐出料要先使罐內恢復常壓後方能出料。ng>
