    nt color="#2c2c90" size="2">小齒輪的凸齒工作齒廓在節圓以外,齒廓圓心在節圓上;大齒輪的凹齒工作齒廓在節圓內﹐齒廓圓心略偏於節圓以外(圖2 單圓弧齒輪傳動的嚙合情況 )。由於大齒輪的齒廓圓弧半徑p2 略大於小齒輪的齒廓半徑p1﹐故當兩齒廓轉到K 點﹐其公法線通過節點c時﹐齒便接觸﹐旋即分離﹐但與它相鄰的另一端麵的齒廓隨即接觸﹐即兩輪齒K1﹑K'1﹐K2﹑K'2﹑K3﹑K'3 ……各點依次沿嚙合線接觸。因此﹐圓弧齒輪任一端麵上凹﹑凸齒廓僅作瞬時嚙合。一對新圓弧齒輪在理論上是瞬時點嚙合﹐故圓弧齒輪傳動又常稱為圓弧點嚙合齒 輪傳動。輪齒經過磨合後﹐實際上齒廓能沿齒高有相當長的一段線接觸。圓弧齒輪傳動的特點是﹕(1)綜合曲率半徑比漸開線齒輪傳動大很多﹐其接觸強度比漸開 線齒輪傳動約高0.5~1.5倍﹔(2)兩輪齒沿嚙合線方向的滾動速度很大﹐齒麵間易於形成油膜﹐傳動效率較高﹐一般可達0.99~0.995﹔(3)圓 弧齒輪沿齒高方向磨損均勻﹐且容易跑合﹔(4)圓弧齒輪無根切現象﹐故最小齒數可以少。但圓弧齒輪對中心距﹑切齒深度和螺旋角的誤差敏感性很大﹐這三項誤 差對承載能力影響較大﹐故圓弧齒輪對製造和安裝精度要求較高。此外,單圓弧齒輪輪齒彎曲強度較弱﹔切削同一模數的大、小齒輪,需用兩把不同的滾刀。nt>

    nt color="#2c2c90" size="2">工作時,從一個端麵看,先是主動輪齒的凹部推動從動輪齒的凸部,離開後,再以它的凸部推動對方的凹部,故雙圓弧齒輪傳動在理論上同時有兩個接觸點,經跑合後,這種傳動實際上有兩條接觸線,因此可以實現多對齒和多點嚙合。此外,由於其齒根厚度較大,雙圓弧齒輪傳動不僅承載能力比單圓弧齒輪傳動約高30%以上,而且傳動較平穩,振動和噪聲較小,並且可用同一把滾刀加工相配對的兩個齒輪。因此。高速重載時,雙圓弧齒輪傳動有取代單圓弧齒輪傳動的趨向。nt>
