采用微機控制、液晶顯示屏或（觸摸屏）使用日本松下變頻器調速、耗電量小、光電監控、無料自停、補料自開組裝速度快、性能穩定可靠。可自動檢驗不合格品、堵針及未噴矽油產品的功能，大大提高瞭生產效率和產品的質量。本設備與產品接觸部件使用（304）不銹鋼制造，輸送皮帶符合食品專用輸送帶FDA認證，其它部位經過防腐處理，設備不會對產品和潔凈區造成污染。
