1.簡介
單晶剛玉是以鋁礬土為主要原料，配加適量的硫化物，經高溫熔煉而成。呈灰白色或淺藍色，經過改進的顏色呈淺深紅色。硬度高，韌性大，多數顆粒為單晶體，顆粒形狀好，抗破碎能力強。可以用來制作陶瓷砂輪，樹脂砂輪等。用其制造的磨具，適用於不銹鋼、高釩高速鋼的磨削，特別適用於易變形、易燒傷工件的磨削。

1.Brief Introduction
Its main material is bauxite, which is electrically fused in high temperature, being added with the right quantity of sulphide. It is grayish white or light blue, the improved material is light ruby. It features high hardness and toughness,well-shaped grains and impact strength. It is suitable for making ceramic grinding wheels and resin bonded grinding wheels. The tools made of it are suitable for the grinding of stainless steel, high vanadium and high speed steel, especially for easily-deformed and easily –burnt workpieces.
