剪板機技術與工藝：

3、剪板機上刀架安裝刀片的安裝麵為圓弧麵，確保在剪切過程中刀片間隙的均勻性，剪切斷麵質量好。支軸支承上刀架、油缸推動刀架擺動動作實現剪切工作，偏心機構快速同步調整刀片間隙，確保剪切精度。

4、擋料結構  擋料采用電機傳動，通過齒輪帶動兩絲桿同步移動。

5、剪板機上刀片菱形，下刀片矩形，材質6CrW2Si,硬度好、抗壓抗磨。上、下刀片刀口間隙由手柄調節刻度盤指示數值，w10計數器顯示後擋料數值，調整輕便迅速、正確可靠。

6、工作台面設滾動送料球，減少板料劃傷，並可減少摩擦阻力。
