本機型主要應用於馬口鐵罐及鋁罐的空罐碼垛作業，通過網式輸送機(網鏈收罐平臺)自動收罐排列,利用特有的分罐裝置將空罐成品按所需的空罐碼垛尺寸進行分罐整列,再由下而上一層一層自動堆棧於棧板上，再藉由輸送機傳送至自動纏繞薄膜機進行薄膜纏繞，整個碼垛過程自動出板、入板、上升，自動分罐、碼罐，自動下降、出垛，自動纏繞薄膜,取代人工碼罐方式，節省人力,大大提高生產效率。優異的性能：

This stacker mainly applies to the can stacking for tin cans and aluminum cans, which works to automatically collect the cans and make them in line with the help of Mesh Belt Conveyor (Mesh Can Collector), next make arrange the finished cans in order as per the required stacking size of empty cans by specific unpacking devices, and then automatically stack the cans on the pallet in the top-down sequence from one layer to another, finally convey the cans to the automatic film wrapping machine by the conveyor to perform the film wrapping.
