英格蘭德公司成立1899，歸屬於英國皇家健康生命科學院，大英帝國任命當時最有權威的生物學家康廉 鮑威爾為內閣大臣，負責產品的研製和生產，生產的保健品全部歸英室皇家和直屬大臣們享用。其優良的品質和苛刻的生產要求，被當做國寶一直被英國上層人物所青睞，直到2001年，才被允許擴大生產並上市銷售。

　　The company is established in 1899 and attached to Royal Health & Life Academy. the British Empire appointed Colin Powell----the most authoritative biologist of the time----to be the official of the cabinet in charge of the R&D and production of the products, which is in tum consumed by royalties and closest officials. The fine quality and rigid requirements for production are highly treasured by upper-classes of the British society. It was not until 2001 that the products were eventually permitted to be mass—produced and sold on the market.
