該系列機組主要由自動控制部分、加熱壓榨部份、調整部份、傳動部份和真空濾油五大部份組成。 1、自動控制系統有:空氣開關、交流接觸器、溫度控制機、電路自動保護 裝制等組成。 2、加熱壓榨部分由加熱器、榨螺及榨條、機體裝配等組成。 3、傳動部分由主軸及減速箱、皮帶輪、電機輪等組成。 4、調整部分由調整螺桿、調整螺母、子柄、鎖緊螺母等組成.。 5、真空濾油部分由真空泵、濾油桶管路等裝配組成。 (二)工作原理 動力減速後傳給主軸,裝在主軸上的榨螺隨著旋轉,將螺紋間的油料不斷地 向前推進,由於榨膛與榨螺間的空間逐漸縮小,油料的密度增加,因而壓力逐漸增大。在壓榨過程中,由於該機系自動力日熱,經自動控溫裝置,增加機體主機溫度,從而減輕勞動強度,機體的磨損,省工、省電、省時,在油料顆粒之間,油料與零件之間發生磨擦,產生瞭熱量。這樣就構成瞭榨油工藝的壓力、熱量兩大要素,破壞油料的組織細胞,油從油線中溢出,餅則從出餅頭與出餅口間被推出。 當溢出的油通過油盤流入濾油桶上面時,真空泵把桶內空氣抽出。桶內形成負壓,油就通過濾佈,被抽進桶內,而油渣就被隔離在濾佈上面,這時得到的是純正的油液。 (一)榨油機安裝時,四周留出足夠空間,供工作人員操作使用。 (二)先將機座下的四條地腳螺栓進行調整,使機器置於水平位置,然後把濾油桶調整到水平狀態。 (三)機器安裝好後,在離機器3-5m處打上O.5-1m深的地線方可工作。 (一)使用前必須先仔細閱讀說明書,熟悉本機的性能特點和操作方法。 (二)開機前,必須進行一次全面檢查,各緊固件不得松動,手柄轉動靈活, 用手轉動皮帶輪,各運轉零部件應正常,不得有異常響聲。隨後在接速箱內加註20號機械油。 (三)松開鎖緊螺母,逆時針轉動調整螺桿,使榨螺的錐面抵緊出餅口的錐面,然後順時針旋出調整螺桿2-3mm,再旋緊鎖緊螺母,準備開機。 (四)打開電器箱門,把箱內的電源開關合閘開啟 (置於合的位置,即整機電源接通。 (五)調節溫控機,調到壓榨所需溫度ISO-200°C (根據油料而定)。扭動 總加熱開關對機器進行加熱升溫,這時溫控機上的綠燈亮、紅燈熄滅,機器的溫度是自動控制並維持在設定溫度150-200°C,冬天氣溫低時,把油盤加熱開關開啟,使油盤溫度升高,便於油液流下。 (六)按動主機正轉按扭,主機開始運轉、旋轉方向應為順時針旋轉。 (七)新榨油機安裝後應進行2-8小時磨榨,方法是用己榨過油的餅料(菜籽餅、大豆餅、棉餅或棉殼、稻谷殼均可)從料鬥緩緩喂入、反復回榨,使榨螺 磨光、油餅、成型順暢,切記開始榨不要將料直接倒入料鬥內,而以手抓喂入為宜,以防榨螺軸卡死。如喂料過猛,榨膛內出現異常響聲或榨螺軸卡死,應立即停車,消除梗阻,或重新裝配好後再起動磨榨,嚴禁強行拖車或反轉倒料。 (八)正常榨油時,必須保持進料均勻,切勿過多過少或斷料空轉。此時機器負荷正常,運轉平穩,響聲有節奏。出餅厚度正常控制在0.5-21mm出餅順暢,,低壓段基本無渣,高壓段有少量油渣,但渣在油中的比例不大於10%,榨膛內溫度可達150-200度,出餅口處冒出青煙應通過護罩由抽煙管排出。榨出熱餅要及時攤開,以免產生自燃現象。當連續工作時間過長,機溫過高時,應采取電扇吹風等降溫措施。 (九)當壓榨出的油流入濾油桶上面時,按動真空泵按扭,真空泵開始運轉,濾油桶內的空氣就被抽出,桶內形成負壓,上面的油就自然流入濾桶,而油渣就被隔離在濾佈上面,待壓榨完畢,油被抽完後,停止真空泵運轉,開啟濾油桶上的閥門,濾佈在形成幹渣,用刮刀刮去,就可把濾油桶內的純正油從油桶底部閥門放出。 (十)停機前停止進料,同時松開出餅口,然後投入少量餅屑,待榨膛內餘料排盡,出餅口不再出餅方可停機。停機後將調螺桿逆時針旋出1-3圈, 再斷開電源。 The structure and principle of work (1) structure This series unit mainly by the automatic control part, the heating squeezing part, the adjustment part, the transmission part and the vacuum filter oil five major parts is composed. 1st, the automatic control system includes: The air switch, exchanges the contact device, the temperature control meter, the electric circuit automatic protection installs compositions and so on system. 2nd, the heating squeezing part by the heater, presses out the spiral and presses out the strip, organism assembly and so on is composed. 3rd, the transmission part by the main axle and the decelerator, the belt pulley, the electricity motorized ship and so on is composed. 4th, the adjustment part by adjusts the screw rod, the adjusting nut, the sub-handle, the locking nut and so on is composed. . 5th, the vacuum filter oil part by the vacuum pump, filters assemblies and so on oil drum pipeline to be composed.
