    工業冶煉木炭 木炭出口 高溫機制木炭

    1.冶金工業
       以前木炭就用來冶煉鐵礦石,木炭與焦炭熔煉的生鐵,即使化學組成相同,其結構與機械性質仍不相同。木炭冶煉的生鐵一般具有細粒結構,鑄件緊密,沒有裂紋的特點,用木炭生產的生鐵含雜質少,適於生產優質鋼。由於木炭具有還原性,所以在冶金工業可以用來還原礦石冶煉金屬。
      在有色金屬生產中,木炭常用作表面助熔劑,當有色金屬熔融時,表面助熔劑在熔融金屬表面形成保護層,使金屬與氣體介質分開,既可減少熔融金屬的飛濺損失,又可降低熔融物中氣體的飽和度。
      大量木炭還用於結晶硅生產,生產結晶硅用的木炭不應含有生炭頭和過多的灰分。
    2.滲碳劑的製造
      凡是要求表面具有較高的硬度和耐磨性,而中心具有良好韌性的所有鋼製品都要進行滲碳。用來對鋼製品進行滲碳作用的含碳混合物稱為滲碳劑。單純木炭的滲碳效果較差。因此常用木炭作為原料,再加入一定數量的接觸劑,製成滲碳劑。
    3.二硫化碳生產
      木炭是製造二硫化碳的最好原料,用來製造二硫化碳的木炭,應當是堅硬、容積重大、灰分和水分含量小,固定碳含量高。
      生產1噸二硫化碳約需0.5噸的木炭。
    4.木炭磚的壓制
      碎木炭運輸很不方便,而且用途也受到限制,用壓制木炭磚的方法能使價值很小的碎木炭變成優質燃料。木炭磚具有吸濕性和吸水性小、比重大和熱值高的優點,而且在使用過程有很高的機械強度。鍛燒過的木炭磚在燃燒時無煙,不產生炭塵。木炭磚可用於冶金、移動式氣化爐等。

    機制木炭,大家平常簡稱機制炭、再生木炭、人造炭、環保木炭、無煙炭等。機制木炭最先由日本研製,產品稱"木力虧僕",後傳到台灣,然後才轉到內地來的!

    機制木炭是什麼樣的呢?通常外型為直徑5厘米左右的四角形、六角形和圓形三種,長度可以任意截取,一般為8到50厘米長,中間有一小孔,方面通氣用!機制木炭所用原來通常為木屑和竹屑,經專門的制棒機高溫高壓擠壓成型,當然原材料在使用前是要用烘乾機烘到只含水分10%以下!很多人以為稻殼、花生殼、玉米芯、玉米稈、高粱稈等也可以燒製成炭,是沒錯,用這些材料可以壓製成棒,可不能炭化成木炭!為什麼呢?因為這些材料所含纖維構造不同和元素不一樣,使得在使用後所剩的灰粉很多,燃燒值也很低,火力不夠大!

    機制木炭因為經過高壓高溫,所以密度很大,是一般木材的2到3倍,也是自然木炭的3倍左右!更是泥煤、焦炭的4到5倍!相當於無煙煤的比重(無煙煤1350~1800千克/立方米)!雖然我國煤炭資源豐富,但高硫份、高灰份的煤炭較多,而低硫份、低灰份的煤炭較少。比如我國動力煤平均灰份為28%-30%,煤炭中的含硫量也很高,全國平均為1-1.2%,南部地區普遍高達4%以上。這些煤炭如果不加處理即直接燃用,就會產生嚴重的二氧化硫和煙塵污染。而機制木炭更本解決了這個問題,它所含的灰份僅少於5%,發熱量也能達到7000-8000大卡/KG!機制木炭在炭化窯裡炭化的過程中,已經把大部分有害物質燃燒,分解了!所以機制木炭具有比重大(密度高)、熱值高、成本低、使用方便、清潔衛生等優點,便於貯存和運輸,是居民生活、取暖和工業生產用能,可替代煤炭等,燃燒後的固體(灰粉)排放量低於煤炭,減少了廢渣排放,也比較方便處理,基本沒有環境污染問題;氣體排放指標大大優於國家氣體排放標準。
