纖維球濾料簡介    

       纖維球是用優質纖維絲加工而成，具有載污容量大、過濾效果好等優點，適用於各種水質的深度處理和精細過濾。呈柔性、可壓縮、孔隙率大、截污能力強；工作時濾層孔隙上疏下密，符合理想濾層的孔隙分佈；比重略大於水，易反沖洗，材質優良有較強的耐磨性和抗化學侵蝕性能。一般濾速30m/h,粗濾進水100mg/l，出水 SS≤5mg/l，精濾進水20mg/l，出水≤2mg/l。廣泛應用於油田、化工、電力、冶金等行業的高標用水；循環、旁濾和廢水回收利用。

       纖維球濾料在過濾過程中，濾層空隙沿水流方向逐漸變小，比較符合理想濾料由上大下小的孔隙率分佈，從而形成瞭濾速快，截污容量大，過濾效果好，可再生反復使用，不必全部更換，省時省力。纖維球填料可將不易沉淀去除的微小懸浮物截留。纖維球填料濾速比傳統砂填料高3.5倍，纖維球填料能反洗再生，可實現自動化管理，一般濾速30m/h，大於0.1mm粒徑懸浮物去除率95%以上。

纖維球濾料優點

       高效纖維球質地輕、強度高、彈性好、耐磨損、耐腐蝕、不吸水。在水處理過程中優點眾多。

       1、化學穩定性強，濾水過程中無有害成分溶出；

       2、反冼氣水高強度的摩擦、碰撞、剪切力不會發生破損和流失跑料；

       3、多年浸泡在水中耐久不腐，使用壽命一般可達5～10年；

       4、過濾阻力小，濾速快，在25-35m/h的濾速范圍內均可保證良好的過濾效果。

       5、濾層過濾時自動形成沿水流方向濾床的孔隙度逐漸減小的無級變空隙層態，無需像顆粒濾料那樣進行人工級配。

       6、濾層有序穩定，纖維束濾料懸掛在過濾器或濾池內，耐沖擊，不亂層，不流失，可承受高強度的清洗，包括大流量的氣－水聯合清洗

       7、截污容量大，一般為5～15kg/m3濾材，是傳統過濾器的2～3倍。

       8、占地麵積小，製造相同的水量，占地僅為傳統過濾器的1/3～1/8。

       9、噸水造價低，製取相同的水量，造價低於傳統過濾器。

     10、自耗水量低，僅為周期製水量的1～3%，一般情況下可用原水進行反洗。

纖維球濾料包裝與儲存

       由於纖維球系纖維絲紮接而成，固吸附能力很強。在平時儲存以及運輸過程中應采用雙層帶塑料內膜的包裝，以起到防潮防水的作用。

       儲存防火

       由於纖維球為易燃品，在儲存過程中應選用陰涼、遠離火源處，定期對消防設施進行安全檢查，以防止發生火災。
