配備特點：
1、主軸以及圓刀使用無級變速系統，可做高低無級調速及正反轉切換控製。
2、采用進口PLC及進口高精密步進系統控製切割寬度及進退刀切割系統，配合進口精密滾珠絲桿及滑軌移位，高壽命，不易磨損，使切割寬度的精度達到0.1mm，最窄切割寬度為2mm，進刀切割時平行快速推進，速度采用無極調速，紙管容易切斷，達到高精度快速切出高品質的產品。
3、操作界麵采用LCD中文顯示屏，所有操作，隻需要一個畫面，可同時設定四種分切寬度和次數，並顯示實際切割次數，並設有手動/自動轉換功能
4、配備雙麵磨刀系統，采用金剛石砂輪磨削，經久耐用，不易發熱，刀片磨後光潔度高，使用壽命是普通白玉剛砂輪的十倍，刀片不用拆卸，即可磨刀。刀片長期保持鋒利，達到最佳裁切質量，並附有自動吸塵裝置，保持佈料及軌道清潔。

5.采用快速放料設計，一步到位。上料下料隻須一個動作即可完成。
6、電路采用各個獨立控製系統，每條線都做有標號，診斷維修簡單快捷，不易出故障。
7、夾佈卡盤配有安全防護罩，不傷人。電線配有工程塑料鏈條保護，電線不容易折斷，不容易老化。
