With conductive silicon rubber as the raw material and special thin film Kapton as the substrate, K100 conductive silica pads with high insulating property is made by calendering the material and coating the film. It has a conductivity factor of 1.20W/m.K. It is designed to replac boron nitride, ceramic insulator, etc. Ceramic insulator is not only expensive and but also easy to break off.
