- 售後與技術支持：
1．供應商負責終身維護。免費保修期壹年，自設備驗收之日起計算。此期間內設備出現故障及機件損壞（人為因素及不可抗力因素除外），供方免費修復。
2．免費保修期後供方提供設備零件部件及相關的備件另收成本費。
3．供方每年進行兩次回訪，並隨時提供技術支持與服務。
4．設備運行中出現難以解決的問題，接到報修電話後1小時內回復，24小時內到達現場。
- 安裝調試與運行:
1．貨到後由供方派譴技術人員在買方的協助下負責完成設備的安裝及調試至正常運行。
2．供方負責完成對用戶2-3名人員進行操作、維護方面的培訓。
