計圖樣燙染縫裡子等細加工，在饒陽店營東開

發區雙茂皮草廠（離大營約10裡）縫皮割皮等

粗加工。
    由於我廠產品的供不應求，工人12小時制2

班倒，。董事長兼競佳法人張文通先生，石傢

莊美院畢業，放棄校方留校任教的資格，85年

就來大營做皮草，以皮草設計師享譽全大營皮

草界。他的許多徒弟都自己辦瞭廠，遠近許多

皮草廠的設計員也來學藝，空閑之餘幫我們工

人加班忙活，給我們廠帶來極大的聲譽和免費

的勞動力。雙茂法人代表李秀華女士自幼接觸

皮草，是張先生的得意門生和助手，常常能觸

發張先生的設計靈感，同時又是工廠業務骨幹

的帶頭人。皮草行業門門通，什麼活也會幹，

Shuangmao Fur Co., Ltd, dealing specially

because Wentong Zhang, our stock holder,

Fine Arts in 1986 refused to taught there

and came back home to design fur garment

and later estalish a fur business, there are so

many fur factory's designers worship him for

the teacher, so we don't have to employ

the designers, and at the most time, Mr

Zhang's students do other things for our

factory of their own free will, so we greatly

saved the cost. And Xiuhua Li our legal body

of enterprise learn to cut sew and design fur

garment when she is very young in 1990 and

later she become the partner of Mr Zhang,

at the most time she lead our professional

technical backbones to work or check the

garments until deeply night. They both live

and have food in our factory all year with the

workers. All of our workers repect them very

much not for their leadership but their

technical authority and spirit of devotion to
