智靈萬能膠選用高分子合成橡膠，產品防水、耐熱、耐老化、抗酸、鹼及清潔劑的侵濁，且容易塗布，乾燥速度快，開放時間長，初粘力和最終結合力極佳。本產品絕不含氯丁膠原料及苯、二甲苯等有毒原料作溶劑，不含游離甲醛、氨、二氧化硫等有毒物質。產品符合2003年3月1日執行的四部委頒發"室內空氣質量標準"的國家標準。本品成淡黃色，產品得到不斷完善使本產品粘力、品質、安全性能上都優於同類產品。應用範圍廣，可用於包括金屬合非金屬在內的多種材料。產品對柔性物質的粘接，能緩解由於熱脹冷縮引起的反應力集中。

應用範圍:皮革、蓬布、橡膠、建材、木器、裝飾材料、金屬、塑料等各種不同物料間的粘接。

使用方法：

1.清除粘接面塵垢使其乾燥。

2.對光滑面進行打磨使其產生粗糙面。

3.粘接面有油污或油脂時應進行脫脂處理，脫脂劑推薦使用酒精，丙酮等。

4.粘接面乾燥後方可施膠，施膠厚晾置5-20分鐘當膠膜表面不粘手，即可進行粘接。

5.冬季施工現在氣溫應不低於15℃。

6.適當對粘接面施壓，粘接效果更好。

注意事項：
1.存放在陰涼通風處，常溫保質期為一年。
2.如果用雙氧水、天那水等處理被粘材料反面一定要在塗膠前進行。
3.本品屬易燃品，使用時應通風防火。開蓋時用手按住蓋面，以免膠液帶壓穿竄出。

4.塗刷朝同一方向，請勿在同一塗面上來回塗抹,塗層太厚會影響粘接質量,可通過改變刮板角度調節膠層厚薄。
5.勿讓兒童接觸，不可入口

Usage:
