(六)Welding condition:焊接規范

◎材料焊接次數不超過2次.

  Material welding times not more than 2 times.

◎焊接時請不要重壓LED燈。

  During welding please don't weigh LED lamp.

◎焊接後溫度未回降到常溫時請勿扭曲線路板。

  After welding temperature not back to normal temperature when do not distort circuit board.

◎手工焊接時，烙鐵溫度不高於300℃，每個焊腳焊接時間不超過3秒

  Manual welding, the welding temperature is not higher than 300 ℃, each leg welding time 

not more than 3 seconds

(七)Storage standard:貯存規范

◎請在未準備使用LED之前不要打開防靜電袋子.

  Please not ready before use LED do not open the anti-static bag.

◎LED在未開封之前應保存在30℃以下,濕度在60%以下的環境中,最長保存期為1年.

  LED in the intact before should be kept in 30 ℃ below, humidity below 60% in the environment, 

the longest retention period for one year.

◎打開包裝待後,LED需保存在30℃/40%濕度以下的條件,且必須在7天內使用完.

  Open the packing to stay, LED to save in 30 ℃ / 40% humidity the following conditions, 

and must be in 7 days after use.

◎如果LED超出瞭第3點要求,則LED必須經過烘烤才能使用,烘烤條件為:60±5℃,12個小時

If LED beyond the third point requirements, then LED must pass a baking to use,

 baking conditions for: 60 ± 5 ℃, 12 hours

(八)Important Notes:重點註意事項

◎我司顏色等級完全參照1931 CIE標準擬定。

   We refer to the 1931 CIE that the Clor grading standards proposes.

◎發光強度公差為:±15％

  The tolerance of luminous intensity is ±15％

◎正向電壓公差為:±0.1V

  The tolerance of forward voltage is ±0.1V

◎客戶貯存及使用必須符合我司規格參數要求。

  Customer storage and use must comply with our requirement.

◎LED光源無輻射,且不含重金屬等有害物質.

  LED light source no radiation, and does not contain harmful material such as heavy metals.

◎LED光源得以正確使用方可保證其壽命,如果對LED使用有任何疑問可咨詢我司給予相關技術指導.
