接插件選用阻燃等級為V0的材料，符合UL94V0。通常使用的最大工作溫度為125℃。采用PPS經過特殊處理之後其可耐受外界溫度可達180℃,不同的接插件其導電接線端子采用的接線方式有：鏍釘壓接，冷壓壓接，彈片壓接等。
