不銹鋼小常識
不銹鋼（Stainless Steel）指耐空氣、蒸汽、水等弱腐蝕介質和酸、堿、鹽等化學浸蝕性介質腐蝕的鋼，又稱不銹耐酸鋼。
實際應用中，常將耐弱腐蝕介質腐蝕的鋼稱為不銹鋼，而將耐化學介質腐蝕的鋼稱為耐酸鋼。
由於兩者在化學成分上的差異，前者不一定耐化學介質腐蝕，而後者則一般均具有不銹性。
不銹鋼的耐蝕性取決於鋼中所含的合金元素。
一、不銹鋼簡介
所有金屬都和大氣中的氧氣進行反應，在表麵形成氧化膜。
不幸的是，在普通碳鋼上形成的氧化鐵繼續進行氧化，使銹蝕不斷擴大，最終形成孔洞。
可以利用油漆或耐氧化的金屬（例如，鋅，鎳和鉻）進行電鍍來保證碳鋼表麵，但是，正如人們所知道的那樣，這種保護僅是一種薄膜。
如果保護層被破壞，下麵的鋼便開始銹蝕。
鉻是使不銹鋼獲得耐蝕性的基本元素，當鋼中含鉻量達到12％左右時，鉻與腐蝕介質中的氧作用，在鋼表麵形成一層很薄的氧化膜（
自鈍化膜），可阻止鋼的基體進一步腐蝕。除鉻外，常用的合金元素還有鎳、鉬、鈦、鈮、銅、氮
等，以滿足各種用途對不銹鋼組織和性能的要求。
不銹鋼通常按基體組織分為：
1、鐵素體不銹鋼。如430，含鉻12％～30％。其耐蝕性、韌性和可焊性隨含鉻量的增加而提高，耐氯化物應力腐蝕性能優於其他種類不銹鋼。
2、奧氏體不銹鋼。如304，含鉻大於18％，還含有8％左右的鎳及少量鉬、鈦、氮等元素。綜合性能好，可耐多種介質腐蝕。
3、奧氏體- 鐵素體雙相不銹鋼。400系列，兼有奧氏體和鐵素體不銹鋼的優點，並具有超塑性。
4、馬氏體不銹鋼。如410，強度高，但塑性和可焊性較差。
