Shipments  are sent via Fedex gound or sometimes UPS.   Shipping is included within the contiguous USA.  Email us for rates to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or International Rates. Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with such. A valid phone number is required prior to shipment.
Any and all damaged shipments must be reported back to us within 2 working days. All packaging must be kept or any claim due to damages will be void and a replacement will not be given.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Shipping charges for the lower 48 states are listed clearly in the auction. For AK, HI, Canada or PR/VI you will need to contact us via email or phone for an accurate shipping quote.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
98% of all orders ship within 1-2 business days. once shipped FedEx or UPS Ground shipping ranges from 1-5 business days depending on distance. Our goal is to have you, your product as soon as possible. Tracking information is entered into eBay’s tracking section of the auction.
What is your return policy?
once shipped, cancelled orders will incur all shipping costs. After received inspect all items & resolve any issues within 5 business days.  Items not wanted or ordered incorrectly, if returned will receive 10% restocking & incur all shipping costs. Bumpers must be in brand new condition and in original packaging.  If the bumper has been mounted, it is not returnable. No returns after 30 business days

OE Wheels Direct warrants to the original owner that the products are free of structural defects in material and workmanship for 1 yea. The finish is guaranteed for 1 year from the original date of purchase. OE Wheels Direct firmly stands behind all of its products so consumers can remain confident in their purchase from OE Wheels Direct.
 
 
Warranty excludes:
 
1. Products damaged in shipping. (we will handle that directly for you)
2. Products that have not been installed professionally.
3. Products damaged by abuse.
4. Products that has been modified or changed by anyone other than OE Wheels Direct or KO Off Road.
