用戶使用手冊

使用不銹鋼絲刷，徹底使整個區域變得粗糙。這樣更好地使鋁粉粘附。打磨一大塊區域為瞭更好的粘附是非常重要的。用一塊清潔佈清潔表麵。

混和：將鋁粉和膠水兩種組分混和。

Notes for the user: 

Using a stainless steel wire brush, thoroughly roughen up the area to be filled. This will help to create a better key for the filler to adhere to. It is important to remember that you will achieve good adhesion by preparing a larger area. Clean the surface with a cleaner.

Mixture: Application on softer metals can be achieved any problems. Both components, i.e.

Hardening fluid and metal powder can be mixed into the required consistency without about any special ratio. Fill the mixing bowl with the metal powder and slowly add the hardening fluid until you reach the consistency that best suits the job. Remember, more powder means a tougher less flexible consistency and less powder means a thinner, more fluid consistency.

Application: First apply a thin layer of filler to the damaged area and then build up the repair with further layer.

Processing time: about 15 min. (20℃)

Hardening: Approximately 30 min. for slight loading until about 2 h for full loading.

Once hardened, it is possible to work on the surface, filling, drilling, scraping, polishing in the normal way. Using best practices and working procedures!
