模頭有上下兩半身購成，下模配可拆卸模唇，上模唇采用手動推/拉式微調方式，

可精確調節開口大小並延長微調使用壽命。模頭表麵鍍硬鉻，流麵鉻層厚度0.03

-0.04mm ，並進行鏡麵拋光。模身采用優質模具鋼或進口合金鋼，增加模具的使用

壽命。

Product description：

Die head by fluctuation two bust constitute，lower die with removable die lip on die

lip，using manual push /pull type fine-tune way，can accurate adjustment openings

size and prolong fine-tuning service life . Die head hard chromium plated, flow

surface layer thickness 0.03-0.04 chrome , and mirror polishing mm. Mould adopts 

the high quality steel body，or imported alloy steel and increase the service life of

the die .
