模頭流道形式：PVC防結皮發泡專用通道

模頭結構：由上下兩半身組成，易於拆卸、清理。

模唇調節方式：上模唇采用減力推式機械調節，下模唇固定並可更換。

流量調節方式：配90度阻流棒調節裝置，可調節模頭內熔體流量。

適用：PVC鈣粉、木塑防結皮發泡板材

製品厚度：與定型模配套使用，可生產2.0mm-20mm板材
