本機主要用於硅膠、橡膠、塑料等產品的表面漆膜、油墨、電鍍塗層、固化後耐磨測試。

使用方法

1.安裝紙帶:拆下測試儀右邊紙帶輪的合金盤,將紙帶固定好,再

鎖緊合金盤(如圖所示)。

2.機身水平校正:參照水平儀校正機身水平.即水平儀中間的水珠必須位於中間部位.如不在中間,可通過機器底部的四個腳調整到水平。

3.將被測物固定於置物平台上(被測物需位於測試滾輪的正下方).用雙面膠或熱熔膠固定,讓小滾輪壓在要測試的表面上,調節小平台高度使其上水平珠處於水平位置後,鎖緊小平台,防止在測試過程中移動。

4.接通電源,將計數器與累加計數器歸零,并按不同規格產品設定作

業次數。

5.將紙帶依此穿過右導紙輪下方被測物表面滾輪座

（在機器運轉情況下將紙帶塞進滾輪座即可）左導紙輪下方,最後將紙帶固定在收紙盤上。

6.將ON/OFF電源開關撥至ON位置,計數器開始計數。

7.檢測次數累計功能：當預先設置的驅動輪轉動次數還未能檢測出印刷壽命時,可繼續執行該檢測動作,此時只需按復位鍵,機器會自動運行之前設置的轉動次數(注意不能更換其它檢測製品),并且自動記錄驅動輪總運行次數。

8.測試完畢:取出被測物,清理測試檯面,將計數屏歸零,並切斷電源開關。
