結構特點：
單壓式，單麵出片。使用IPT沖模，可將顆粒狀原料壓製成圓形片和各種規格的異形片有預壓和主壓兩次壓片功能，可提高壓片質量采用變頻無極調速裝置，操作方便，安全可靠采用PLC編程和觸摸屏，具有數字化顯示功能，選配有USB介面，可實現壓片工作狀態的數據采集主傳動結構合理，傳動穩定性好配有電機過載保護裝置，當壓力過載時，能自動停機，有壓力超壓保護，緊停裝置，強排風散熱裝置不銹鋼外圍殼為全封閉形式，凡與藥物接觸的零件均采用不銹鋼材料或經特殊處理，無毒耐腐蝕轉臺表麵講過特殊處理，能防止交叉污染壓片室四麵為透明有機玻璃，能全部打開可選強迫加料器
