製片操作流程：
第一步：取樣
將取樣器頭導入子宮頸管內, 柔和前抵，確保刷頭緊貼宮頸口四周，沿軸向緩慢旋轉五圈以上。
1. Sampling
Put the brush into the cervical canal, ensure the brush head close to the cervix around and axially rotated slowly over five laps.
第二步：細胞收集
將取樣刷頭脫卸下來放入細胞保存液中，擰緊瓶蓋，置於振蕩器上震蕩或手工晃動保存液瓶15次以上。將樣本靜置10分鐘。
2. Cell collection
Remove the brush head and put it into the cell preservation solution, then tighten the cap and hand-shaking or shake on a shaker for 15 times. Stand for 10 minutes.
第三步：製片
用移液管吸取0.5-3ml不等的細胞混合液，加入到製片架中，製片架須對稱放置，1000或1600轉/min轉速離心製片4-5min即可
3. Cell production
Draw 0.5-3ml mixed solution on the producer holder which should be placed symmetrically. Set 1000 or 1600 rpm / min and centrifuged produce 4-5min.
第四步：取出製片架中帶有細胞塗片的載玻片，將塗片即刻放入95%的酒精中固定10-15min，染色。
4.Remove the glass slide with the cell smear and put the slider into 95% alcohol and fix for 10-15min, then stain.
第五步：閱片，TBS標準化病理診斷
5.Put the slider under microscope and read, TBS standardized pathology diagnostics
