PL12-2型水力碎漿機是製漿造紙實驗室用於原生漿或再生漿的解離、碎解脫墨。是評估再生漿過程、添加劑和質量的有效工具，是研究造紙化學助劑的實驗設備之一。
        工作原理：電機通過皮帶傳動帶動料筒內的轉盤、葉片旋轉，使裝在料筒內的漿、水受機械作用和旋轉時裡外線速度的不同，使紙料受到相互摩擦和撕裂作用而達到紙漿碎解的目的，並在楔形湍流板的作用下大大增加瞭水流的摩擦力。
    結構特點：采用電機變頻調速調整轉子轉速，全自動時間、溫度控製，數字顯示漿料溫度及加熱時間等參數。同時采用最新的密封技術，解決瞭轉子滲漏問題，其性能超過瞭國外同類產品。
