PL11型PFI磨漿機(又名扣解機或立式打漿機)是用於在製漿造紙實驗中，為紙漿的扣解度的測定、紙漿試樣水分的測定、紙漿濃度的測定、濕解離度的測定，遊離度的測定提供標準的定量試樣，PL11型磨漿機符合ISO 5264/2-1979《紙漿實驗室打漿——第二部分：PFI磨法》以及ISO5264/2、TAPPIT248所規定的實驗標準。
原理：經計量的具有規定濃度的紙漿置於刀輥和平滑的打漿缸之間，刀輥與打漿缸以不同的圓周速度旋轉。以此作用於紙漿，達到打漿的目的。
