PL1-00-A型藥液循環蒸煮鍋屬於直接加熱強製藥液循環，對鍋體進行直接電加熱，磁力驅動泵強製驅動藥液循環，可模擬製漿生產中的蒸煮過程，還可進行紙漿置換洗滌；多個組合，實現低能耗間隙蒸煮操作，適用於酸法蒸煮或堿法蒸煮各種植物纖維原料，是造紙廠和科研院所的實驗製漿設備。該設備采用分段加熱控製，預留計算機介面，可與與電腦相連，實現計算機遠程控製及數據采集分析。鍋體、鍋蓋采用雙密封，安全可靠；設備主要由不銹鋼機架、鍋體、磁力驅動泵、溫控系統、壓力顯示機表、安全閥、針型閥等部件組成。
1、采用特殊的漿、液分離技術，加熱時隻對藥液加熱，可完全取代雙鍋型蒸煮器。
