縱切式
Rip cutting
生產量大(同一形狀工件批量生產)、高效率的一般用此方式 Suitable for large production output (volume production of a same implement),and high efficiency | |
特長 Advantage | 臺階磨削砂輪磨損變大,修整一次砂輪磨工件少的用此方式 Large wear and tear of stage grinding wheel, one time dressing with less work piece use this method |
缺點 Disadvantage | 因為滾輪和工件形狀一致,所以不能加工其他形狀的物品 The roller has the same shape with its work piece, so it can’t process tools with other shapes |
橫切式
Cross cutting
修整砂輪形狀簡單,工件形狀簡單用此方式 Suitable for Simple shape o grinding wheel or work piece | |
特長 Advantage | 因為是小形的修整器所以便宜,可以加工多種形狀的物品 It’s very cheap as it’s small dresser, and can process many shapes tools |
缺點 Disadvantage | 於縱切式相比在修整上會多花時間,但在單石修整器的2~4倍的速度下可以修整 Compared with rip cutting, It takes longer time on dressing, but its speed is 2-4 times of single point dresser |
